Director's Profile

Rachel Rolle is the Director at Island Human Resources where she serves as the principal HR consultant and trainer.  This consummate HR professional has over 18 years of experience in both public and private sector with a career spanning many industries including government, hospitality, higher education, banking and aviation serving in HR roles of increased responsibility to that of Vice President HR.   

As a result, she can identify with other workforce professionals as they attempt to conquer work-related issues that plague today's companies.  

Rachel’s educational credentials are many inclusive of Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Personnel Management from Florida International University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University. 

She also holds both the Human Resource Business Professional (HRBP) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) in Washington DC and the Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) designation from the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).
