About the Facilitator:  Rachel Rolle, Managing Director of Island Human Resources Enterprises expresses a passion for learning and development having engaged the workforce both locally and internationally as a trainer and facilitator on many platforms.  She is an accomplished HR professional who began her career of distinction as an administrative professional having served in leadership roles in earlier years of her career in the then Psi® and earned her credentials and other training in this area of study.  High energy, fun and engaging in her delivery she is excited to be presenting to this group of administrative professionals.

Eligibility

This award is open to all administrative professionals  who have been in an administrative role for no less than 2 years. The administrative professional must be a registered attendee at the conference.

Nominations will be accepted until March 31, 2020.   After the nomination period closes the nominees are narrowed down to semi-finalists who move on to round two – interviews with the judging panel to select the winner.
